Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

Who we are

SimoraGo is operated by Simplestoolbar Ltd (Israeli company number 514580828), Yavne, Israel. Contact: support@simorago.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. These terms take effect on 2 November 2026.

What we sell

We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans. An eSIM is a digital product: we email a link to your install page, which shows the QR code, after your payment is verified. The network service is provided by our supplier, eSIM Access, over local partner networks.

Your device

Your handset must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Checking this before you buy is your responsibility.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown at checkout. The checkout shows the price excluding VAT, the VAT and the total, and you pay the total shown.

Payment is taken by Tranzila. We verify the payment before we order your eSIM. If a payment needs a manual check we email you, and you will not be charged twice.

Delivery and validity

We deliver by email to the address you enter. Make sure it is correct. Each plan has its own validity period, and each plan states when it starts: when you install the eSIM, when it first attaches to a network, or "not published" where the supplier does not say.

Coverage and fair use

Each plan page states the daily data cap, the speed after the cap, the hotspot rule where published, and the networks. Speed and availability depend on the supplier and the local networks. We do not guarantee coverage or speed beyond what is published for the plan.

Acceptable use

Do not resell the eSIMs, and do not use them for unlawful purposes.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Israel. The courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have jurisdiction.
